great tea set July 28, 2010 Julie G. Mcelhinney We got this for our daughter's first birthday gift. I love that it has several different settings, from learning to music, and learning. My friend's 2 1/2 year old played with this set during the birthday party and absolutely loved it. It's cool how it makes pouring sounds when you turn it over. My daughter loves to chew on the little pettit fours and open and close the lid on the tea pot.
One of her favorite things July 23, 2010 Mom in CT Lately I have been putting up bad reviews of products so I want to make sure I put up great reviews too!
We love this tea set. My daughter has been playing with it for a year now, she is 18 months old and it continues to be one of her favorite toys.
I highly recommend it. It is a great toy especially for the price.
Cute, Cute, Cute! July 15, 2010 YaYa4Kylie Although my one-year old grand daughter may be a little on the young side to appreciate all the features of this tea set so far, I think she will grow to love it - and I look forward to our first "Tea Party". The sound of tea actually pouring from the pot is precious and the little treats are adorable. What fun!
Children love it! July 15, 2010 D. E. Taylor (Walnut Creek, CA United States) This set is fun for both a toddler and school-aged child. On one of the settings it makes the sound of liquid pouring when it is tipped over- which my kids love! We have several play tea sets at my house but this is the favored one. Very cute, very fun, and it even sings! A must have for children who like to play tea party.
A year later and still a Hit! July 13, 2010 Femgoose My daughter received this for her first birthday and almost a year later she still loves playing with this tea set. She likes being able to serve tea (or coffee!) to people when they come to over. It is the perfect size and weight for little hands. She has learned the shapes (circle, triangle, and square) from the dessert pieces. She says please, thank you, and welcome all the time...this toy helped reinforce what we were trying to teach her! Overall, this is still one of her favorite toys and I don't see it losing its appeal as we start to add more items for a play kitchen as she gets older.
