I knew the ball wasn't going to be that great, but I decided to get it anyway, bad choice on my part. The shock is as weak as static and the ball is very weak and isn't worth the $$$ paid. The best thing I can use it for is sneaking up behind people and shocking them, if they'd even notice.... Honestly, go for the Lightning Reaction Revenge, that's a powerful device and A TON of fun!

This ball is a lot of fun and the shock to me is noticeable but it's not too bad at all. To me it feels like a rather large tingling sensation. On the other hand, my girlfriend is terrified of this and screams when she gets shocked by it.
So far it seems to be pretty durable but I have not dropped it from any significant height, maybe a foot at most onto carpet. In fact, I would only recommend using this over carpeted surfaces to avoid any potential damage.
I like the way it lights up when a shock is emitted. However, it would really be cool if this thing had a voice chip in it that says something like ha ha, gotcha, etc when shocking although it would probably require more batteries if this was the case.
This also appears to come in red or blue. I would've preferred the red but the vendor sent me the blue one. No big deal though.
If you're looking for a little fun and don't mind the idea of a purposely induced, minor electric shock, than I would highly recommend this ball. Just be careful to possibly avoid damaging it.

I bought this for my fiancee that's deployed in Iraq. THEY LOVE IT! He says the shock isn't too bad, it just gets you cause you don't expect it! They spent the first few days tossing it to unsuspecting people and waiting for them to get shocked! Not sure how often it's been dropped, but I know these guys are probably giving it a pretty good beating and he says it's still going strong!

I was very excited to receive this product. When I received it, we tested it out passing it around. It looked like it was going to be a big hit and then it stopped working after approx 15 minutes of use. I changed the batteries several times and it never came back to life. It never was dropped from a height of more than 3 or 4 ft after someone received the shock. To be fair to the company, I never bothered contacting them to let them know the product was defective. I just wrote it off as a waste of money.

Such toy isn't readily available where I live, so its already good to own one.
1) Shock levels
It gives a good shock but more if more body parts are in contact with the metal parts.
2) Design
Not really that great. Most people are unwilling to hold the ball seeing so many suspicious metal shiny parts on it. If only it was all in one solid colour, it'll be more fun to play pranks on others. The plastic is tough but not really super tough as not to crack on hard impact. So DO NOT throw it from great heights or with great force onto a wall. It will surely crack.
